All prices exclude applicable VAT. What does this mean?

VAT means 'value added tax' and is a tax that's added to goods and services, at a percentage of the purchase price (currently 20% here in the UK.)

If you live outside of the EU, you won't have to pay VAT on top of these Sitebeam prices. But if you do live inside the EU, you may have to. Based on the information you give us, we'll automatically work out if you need to pay VAT and add it to your bill if necessary.

How do I pay?

We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa & Paypal. For organisations with larger websites, or who need to test more than 300 reports/month we can quote tailored solutions for you. 

How do I cancel?

You can cancel at any time by logging into your Sitebeam account and selecting Account > Cancel. Or you can send us an email at support@silktide.com and we'll get you sorted.

What's a user?

Users can create and run reports, depending on your package you'll have a different number of these users. One of these will be the administrator of the account. All packages allow you to create an unlimited number of view-only users, ideal for your customers.

Cancelled but want to come back?

You'll need to sign up again. When asked for your Sitebeam URL, make sure you enter the one you used before. The billing should sync up (with PayPal this can take up to 24 hours) and then you will regain access to your account.
